we accept exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order following approval.

to be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

• unworn
• unwashed
• in their original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact

any items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
